Taking the time to talk to our client is important!

The principle: we are a small team, attentive to each customer. We only offer typical dishes of Cambodian, Thai or Indian cuisine. And we like to chat with our customers in order to offer them the menu that will make them most happy.

The ingredients: Each dish is cooked with fresh products, which we buy in Switzerland, from Swiss or European origin.

How it works: The dishes are prepared in our kitchen in Lucens. For the banquets, we arrive on site with large pots, and all that remains is to reheat. We have the service equipment available, as well as the installation of a mobile kitchen. However, we do not provide the services, plates and glasses for your meal. For take-out menus, we offer them directly in a recyclable plastic tray, all you have to do is reheat or freeze to enjoy later.

Take away meals: in general, we cook a minimum of 10 dishes, of 2 different kinds. For example, 5 beef curry and 5 chicken with tomatoes, accompanied by white rice. The order is to be taken directly from us in Lucens, but we can easily organize a home delivery if it is in Lausanne or in the Moudon region.

Banquets: in principle, our customers want a starter and a main course. The starter generally consists of a tasting plate made up of samosas, spring rolls and “Vegetable pagoda”, a specialty of vegetable fritters straight from Cambodia. The main course is always a sauce recipe, in order to be able to serve over a longer period of time. Curry, chicken with tomatoes, beef with mushrooms, the menu is always discussed with you in advance.

The team: Mom, a professional cook, is in the kitchen. Only up to 50 servings. And we hire kitchen helpers for larger quantities, up to 300 menus. Philippe takes care of the stewardship, purchasing, accounting and transport. And to taste the creations, but we must not repeat it…
